In addition to the exhibition itself, ALL of 2012 is being spent celebrating Katherine's life, with a variety of events, reenactments, and talks given by Tudor historians. I especially wish I could be there for the event on April 28th - a talk given by Mike Hurst, the writer and creator of The Tudors! Other big names in Tudor history will be at Sudeley throughout the summer, including Tim Porter and Alison Weir, and a reenactment of Katherine Parr's funeral will be on September 9th!
This really looks like a great exhibition, and I encourage everyone to go see it if they can! Since I will be leaving for England in late August, I hope to be able to attend some of the later events - hopefully the funeral reenactment! I'll definitely report back with the details of the exhibit if I get to see it!
